1. Go to: https://mypassword.ihg.com/
Select your domain & Enter in your User ID.

• If you have forgotten your username, you cannot use this tool and will need to call the IHG Service Desk for support

2. . Select “Change Password”.

Dont know your password?

• If you don’t remember your current password, that’s ok, just click forgot password and answer your security questions to reset your password

After you reset your password

Just enter your user name and new password into the log-in box.

It may take an hour for your new password to sync across devices and platforms.
