Net Rates or Pre Paid commission

A discounted rate that the Online Travel Agent (OTA) or Wholesaler gets from the hotel, which is marked up by the OTA or Wholesaler before being offered to the general public or redistributed to other wholesalers or websites. These rates are a way for an OTA to get their commission in advance.
